NASH is a national organization that advocates for smallholders rights in the country's policy. It seeks to empower them to achieve economic and social justice locally as well as globally.

Enhancing the socio-economic growth of smallholders by building a good relationship with numerous government agencies, NGOs and private sectors, therefore maximizing smallholders output, income and lifestyle in line with Malaysia's vision to be a developed nation by the year 2020.

    Building better relations with government agencies, private organizations and NGOs.

  • Meet and discuss with government agencies, NGOs as well as private bodies.
  • To form a cooperation with government department and agencies by Organizing a joint-committee between NASH and the government.
  • Putting forward working papers in seminars sponsored by government or private agencies.
  • Attending meetings and seminars organized by government, private agencies and NGOs.

    Strengthening NASH integrity and relationship with it's members, organizations, institutions and the rural people.

  • Offering courses to rural members in a joint venture with relevant bodies or agencies.
  • Making an official trips and field trips for members to relevant rural development institutions and organizations.

    Undertaking research and development projects pertaining the current situation, the needs, problems and the potential of smallholders in the country.

  • Distributing surveys and questionnaires to smallholders.
  • Studying their feedbacks and suggestion.
  • Strategy 4
    Informing and educating smallholders about resources and facilities that are available to them in relevant government or private agencies

  • Obtaining pamphlets or any relevant information for smallholders.
  • Organizing and arranging those information and distributing it during divisional meetings with smallholders.

    To draft a proposal for the government based on the information and feedbacks that have been received by the smallholders.

    Building the smallholders confidence by implementing specific professional programs that will be a working model of cooperation with related government agencies, NGOs and private organization.

  • Organizing discussions with all the relevant bodies on the method and procedure of certain targeted projects.
  • Identifying the areas of possible implementation with the assistance from NASH's state executives.
  • Strategy 7
    Developing the financial capabilities to run selected projects for smallholders.

  • Form subsidiary companies to execute projects and businesses.
